The maker is responsible for product and delivery
The platform handles infrastructure and payment (via stripe)
Your contract and payment is direct with the maker
Processing and shipping:
Producers handle shipping and processing themselves
MakerOnline's role:
We are not an intermediary
We provide the platform for virtual encounters between buyers and producers

I ordered but didn't receive an order confirmation email. What could be the reason?
Invoice sending and payment:
Stripe sends the invoice/payment request directly after the order upon receipt of payment!

Can I order from multiple producers simultaneously?
Shopping on MakerOnline: Multiple producers, one cart
How it works:
Add products from different producers to one cart
Order everything per producer with one checkout process (necessary due to payment)
Important to know:
Each producer receives a separate order
Shipping costs and delivery times may vary
Producers process and ship their orders themselves
What happens if I want to return my product?
Right of withdrawal on MakerOnline
General regulation:
14 calendar days withdrawal period for distance contracts in the EU
The seller does NOT cover the costs for return shipping
Applies to contracts between buyers and businesses on MakerOnline
Exceptions:
Specially made products
Perishable goods
Digital products
