2. Scope
2.1 Area of Application
These GTC govern all business relations between MakeOnline and users
Valid for all services on the MakeOnline website
The version current at the time of the contract's conclusion is authoritative
2.2 Consent and Binding Effect
Users agree to the GTC by registering and using the service
Applies to MakeOnline services and Stripe integration

2.3 Exclusivity
Only these GTC are valid
Deviating or supplementary GTC do not become part of the contract

3. User Account and Ordering Process

Unregistered users: Search and view of sellers and products possible
Product purchase:
Registration as a buyer or
Ordering as a guest
Buyers: Natural persons from 18 years of age (according to Stripe.com conditions)

MakeOnline: No obligation to check, but right to check the data

Password change possible in the profile
No liability of MakeOnline for password misuse
4. Conclusion of Contract
4.1 Contractual Parties and Acceptance of GTC
The purchase contract arises directly between buyer and seller
The buyer accepts the seller's GTC during the purchase process
The seller´s GTC is not allowed to contradict makeronline.shop GTC
For orders from multiple sellers: Separate purchase contract per seller
4.2 Order Process
Product selection: Buyer adds items to the "Basket" (shopping cart)
Payment method: Selection of the preferred payment method (which are defined by seller using stripe admin panel)
Address entry:
For registered users and guest orders
Required data: First and last name, street, house number, postal code, city, country (as required by law and controlled by stripe)
Information and Review:
Display of pre-contractual consumer information
Review of the shopping cart details
Order completion:
Confirmation by clicking on "Order with obligation to pay!"
The system creates an invoice in the name of the seller and processes the payment via Stripe.
Stripe notifies the seller depending on the settings the seller has made with Stripe
The seller delivers the product
Order confirmation:
Immediate e-mail with order overview to the buyer (via Stripe)
4.3 Responsibilities and Delivery Details

Seller: Solely responsible for production, provision, and delivery
Buyer: Solely responsible for the payment
4.32 Delivery Times
Indication of the expected delivery time per product by the seller
For custom-made products: Delivery time in the product text
The delivery period begins upon receipt of payment
Pickup in the shop is also possible
5. Cancellations
Dependent on the goodwill of the respective seller
No general cancellation guarantee
5.1 Cancellations and Rejections
Sellers can only cancel or reject orders via the Stripe Portal
Sellers are encouraged to seek a solution satisfactory to the buyer
6. Payment Processing
Available payment methods on MakeOnline.shop:
Payment slip
Credit card... PayPal (can be set up via Stripe)
Seller Responsibilities:
Selection and configuration of payment methods in the Stripe Portal
Possibility to offer one or more payment options
Invoicing:
Stripe creates and sends invoices in the name of the seller
Disclaimer:
MakeOnline is not responsible for:
Correct and timely payment processing by the buyer
Incorrect payment information on the part of the seller.
7. Vouchers
7.1 Value Vouchers
MakeOnline.shop currently only offers value vouchers per producer
Possible future expansion is being evaluated.
7.2 Discount Vouchers
Currently, no discount codes are available on MakeOnline.shop
8. Warranty
Warranty claims must be directed directly to the seller
The seller is solely responsible for the processing
9. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)
9.1 Basics
14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in EU and Austria according to FAGG (Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act)
Exceptions: individualized products, hygiene articles, perishable goods
9.2 Withdrawal Period
14 days from receipt of goods
For multiple deliveries: from receipt of the last item
9.3 Compliance with the Deadline
Sending the withdrawal declaration before the deadline expires is sufficient
9.4 Consequences of Withdrawal
Repayment of all received payments including standard delivery costs within 14 days
Use of the original means of payment unless otherwise agreed
Right to refuse repayment until receipt of the goods or proof of return
10. Shop & Product Information
10.1 Shop Setup and Responsibility
Sellers set up their shop and products independently
Sellers are liable for the correctness and timeliness of all information
10.2 Product Descriptions and Images
Must be truthful and not misleading
In the case of handmade products/unique items, minor deviations are possible
Buyers are aware of possible deviations
MakeOnline is not liable for incorrect information provided by the seller
10.3 Price Information
All prices are gross prices (incl. statutory VAT)
Shipping costs are shown separately
10.4 Shipping Costs
Automatic calculation per product based on seller information
Displayed costs are approximate
For multiple orders, actual costs may vary
Separate shipping costs for orders from different sellers
Standard for shipping within Seller local area unless otherwise stated 6. Communication: Communication between buyer and seller takes place comprehensibly (ideally digitally). It is not permitted to pass on your own contact details (such as e-mail address or telephone number) in order to process the purchase away from the marketplace.
11. Liability & Rights
11.1 Responsibility of MakeOnline
Provision and operation of the digital infrastructure
Liability limited to the correct functionality of the marketplace
No claims in case of temporary outages due to maintenance work
11.2 Obligations of the Seller
Compliance with all legal framework conditions for production and online sales
Independent payment of taxes and fees
11.3 Disclaimer
No liability for user information created by the users themselves
Seller responsible for product availability
MakeOnline is not liable for damages caused by purchased products
11.4 Copyrights and Prohibited Content
The seller must be the author of their products and designs
Prohibition of illegal, offensive, or discriminatory products
Reporting violations to office@makeonline.shop
11.5 Indemnification
Users shall indenify and hold MakeOnline harmless from any legal infringements or violations of the law
11.6 Account Deactivation
Independent deactivation via self-care system after completion of all orders
11.7 Right to Block
MakeOnline can block users for violations of GTC or guidelines
11.8 Termination of the Marketplace
Right to terminate without giving reasons
No further obligations after completion of all orders
12. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
12.1 Applicable Law
Austrian law applies exclusively
UN Sales Law is excluded
For consumers: Protection by mandatory provisions of their state of residence remains unaffected
12.2 Jurisdiction
The locally competent court at the seat of MakeOnline (Vienna/Austria/EU)

13. GTC Changes
The current version on the website applies
MakeOnline reserves the right to make changes
Users should regularly check the GTC for updates
